I have been in the mortgage business since 2003. I’ve worked as both an assistant and a processor, so I understand the intricacies of what it takes behind the scenes to get your loan to the closing table efficiently and painlessly. I have seen it all – from the lead-up and aftermath of the financial crisis of 2008, to the current boom the Nashville area is experiencing. Lending has also changed during those times, and I pride myself on staying up to date on the constantly evolving guidelines & programs.
Every homebuyer is different. Online lenders and corporate banks take a one-size fits all approach, and I focus on your individual needs. I understand my clients are all different, and I help them determine what mortgage serves them best. In the competitive market that Nashville has become, it helps to have a lender on your team who is responsive with pre-approvals, estimates, and communication in general. I take pride in making myself available when I am needed by my realtors and their clients. I take the worry out of the oftentimes stressful situation that is homebuying. Our operations at Steadfast are local, so decisions on your loan are made here in Nashville — and that makes a big difference when your house is on the line.
I grew up the middle of three children in Columbia, TN. My parents still live on our family farm, and my siblings & their families all live within an hour of Nashville. I currently live in Germantown & try to keep up with the growing Nashville food scene when I can.
A few of my current favorites are Henrietta Red, Locust, and Epice. I am an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers & the Green Bay Packers (Titans are 1B😊). My passion is travel, and I’m always keeping a list of the next adventure. A few of my recent favorites include Lake Como, the Cotswolds, and the Mosel River Valley in Germany.
