I have been in the mortgage business since 2003. I’ve worked as both an assistant and a processor, so I understand the intricacies of what it takes behind the scenes to get your loan to the closing table efficiently and painlessly.
I have seen it all – from the lead-up and aftermath of the financial crisis of 2008, to the current boom the Nashville area is experiencing. Lending has also changed during those times, and I pride myself on staying up to date on the constantly evolving guidelines & programs.
Every homebuyer is different. Online lenders and corporate banks take a one-size fits all approach, and I focus on your individual needs.
